| 2. | If a staked tree or staked shrub interferes with the players stance or the area of his intened swing, the ball must be lifted without penalty and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Rule 24-2(b) (?) (Immovable Obstructions). The ball may be cleaned and when so lifted. The stakes (and/or guards) are immovable obstructions. |
